• Payroll processing and HR administration for placed professionals
• Onboarding support and account management
• Ongoing replacement guarantee where applicable

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business needs, workflows, and requirements
• Treat all remote professionals placed by RemoteTeam with respect and in accordance with applicable employment and conduct standards
• Maintain a safe and appropriate working environment and communication standard
• Pay agreed fees on time and in accordance with your service agreement
• Not directly solicit or hire RemoteTeam-placed professionals outside of your agreement without written consent

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of E-JAM Group, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. RemoteTeam.net makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any professional placed through our service. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-JAM Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant service agreement. RemoteTeam.net reserves the right to terminate access to its website or services immediately if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
